TSDC - The Spoiled Dog Collection

CANCELLATIONS:
NO CANCELLATIONS for any reason once an order is placed online.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

TSDC will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 5 days of the product delivery date.

If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the returned item. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design unless it is determined that a change would be beneficial. TSDC reserves the right to examine each item that is being returned.

Items will not be refunded, replaced, or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not supported for any wrong orders of size, color, description, or simply change of mind.

If your Return Request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on the return. Items sent back to us without a Refund/Return Request will not be accepted and may be considered null and void. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.

Refunds
TSDC will notify you by email of the results of your Refund/Return Request with details of inspection and approval or disapproval. A refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company has its own time period to process and post the refund as well.
